"Feels nice when things are actually in stock"
I’ve checked a few times now, and they’ve had exactly what I needed each time. it makes the whole ordering process feel so much less frustrating because I’m not sitting there hoping something comes back in stock or waiting around forever.

"Rewards don’t feel worth the hassle"
I’ve ordered from CondomDepot a few times and figured the loyalty rewards would be a nice perk, but they’re underwhelming. The points build up really slowly, and when you finally go to use them, the discount barely feels like anything. The site itself is fine and my shipping was okay, but the rewards program doesn’t really give me a reason to keep coming back. I also tried asking support about how the points worked and just got stuck in a loop of basic replies that didn’t really answer anything. It could be a decent program, but right now it needs a lot of improvement

There was a small mix-up with my order, and I was a bit annoyed at first because it wasn’t really clear what had gone wrong or what I was supposed to do next. I emailed them, and thankfully they replied quickly with an actual helpful response, not one of those generic copy-paste messages.

They got it fixed and sent out the correct items without making it a big hassle. I still think the communication could’ve been clearer from the start, but mistakes happen, and they handled it well in the end. I’d order from them again.

"Shipping cost was actually fair"
I ordered from condomdepot.com the shipping cost was way more reasonable than I expected. I really dont like when a site waits until checkout to tack on some ridiculous fee, but this one wasnt bad at all.
The price was shown clearly before I paid, so there wasnt any weird surprise at the end or anything like that.

The package showed up fine too, so I dont have any complaints. 5 stars from me for keeping the shipping simple and not overcharging.

"Sealed products and pretty much what I expected"
I ordered a few boxes and they showed up about how I hoped they would: normal retail packaging, sealed properly, and nothing looking sketchy. The expiration dates were good too, so it didn’t feel like I was getting old stock or leftovers.

I compared the brands with ones I’ve bought in stores before, and they looked legit to me. Shipping was decent, just not especially quick, so based on what I expected overall, I’d give it 4 stars.
